A "Coach" or a "Mentor" ?

 “Coaching” and “Mentoring” are often used interchangeably, but they have different meanings and benefits. Coaching is a process where a seasoned expert guides and motivates employees or clients to achieve their goals and reach their full potential. Coaches encourage employees to create and work towards goals that further their professional growth. They often draw on  techniques and skills that help employees develop strong teamwork, communication and leadership skills necessary to thrive in a working environment.
